Founded by Laroya, the Youth Program under Petals and Praise exists to intentionally pour into young women during their most formative years. Created for girls ages 7–15, this initiative is rooted in nurturing confidence, emotional wellness, identity, and self-worth—before the world tells them who they should be.

This movement is designed as a community-centered outreach, meeting girls where they are through local and regional partnerships, including YMCAs and community spaces. By bringing programming directly into trusted environments, we create accessible, safe, and affirming spaces where young women can grow, express themselves, and feel supported.
​
At the heart of this vision is Bloom Circle, a youth-focused gathering created to cultivate connection, reflection, and personal growth. Bloom Circle invites girls into a space where they are encouraged to speak freely, build healthy relationships, and begin understanding the beauty of their inner world. Through guided conversation, creative expression, and intentional care, each gathering is designed to plant seeds that will flourish long after the event ends.

Once you apply, here’s what the process looks like:

A Thoughtful Review
We take time to review each application to ensure alignment with our mission, values, and the girls we serve.
2. A Connection Call
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a short call to learn more about your organization, your youth, and your vision for the experience.
3. Intentional Planning
Together, we’ll customize a Petals and Praise experience that feels supportive, engaging, and impactful for your girls—whether that’s a Bloom Circle gathering, a workshop, or a special event.
4. A Safe, Nurturing Experience
Our programming is designed to be age-appropriate, emotionally supportive, and rooted in encouragement, confidence-building, and community.
